Cordelia Gaffar is a published author and speaker and is certified in sports nutritionist, a former corporate accountant and a mom of six children. Dropping into Body and Heart: Monday, January 21st, 7:00-8:00pm $15
Connect to your body to discover the wellspring of peace. During this class we explore the themes of self-compassion through movement and being grounded in the moment and taking pauses. This will hone how to listen when your body needs food, which types of movement would be most supportive in different situations, and knowing when rest is the best choice in service of maintaining your energy throughout each day.
Acknowledge and Connect: Monday, February 11th, 7:00-8:00pm $15
“Prioritization” is a global word we use to address choices, boundaries, and discipline. In this session, we will dive into self-preservation, giving ourselves permission to name and connect with our emotions fully in a way that a child so aptly does. We will integrate prioritizing the biology of the three brains of body, mind, and soul.
Sweet Talk: Monday, March 4th, 7:00-8:00pm $15
In this week we will focus on what our heart tells us to say in order to replace those internal, unconscious records. Watch the vocabulary of self talk change as we preserve and cultivate relationships that honor us and transform or release the relationships that do not serve.
Radiate: Monday, March 11th, 7:00-8:00pm $15
Radiate means that we begin to emanate our inner world and that what we truly desire gravitates toward us and we can more easily discern what we call in and what we do not give our attentions to. Through this dropping into the body, acknowledging, connecting, and fostering sweet self-talk, we welcome the beautify of feelings and connect with emotions as a power source.
