Body Rolling: Feel Better in Your Body with Sue Hynes

Yamuna® Body Rolling (YBR) is all about body sustainability, keeping you doing the things you love to do. YBR is a self-care system that utilizes small inflatable balls in easy to learn techniques that target skin, muscle fibers, fascia, bone and the nervous system. In this workshop, you will learn techniques to roll through tension, melt stress and feel better in your body. The YBR method is simple to learn and implement in order to prevent injury and work through existing challenges in your body.
