Explore and deepen your relationship to nature and the plant world. Throughout human existence people have turned to plants for support and healing. In this workshop, Karen Milgate, a Plant Spirit Medicine practioner, will share techniques for turning to nature in order to self-support emotionally, physically, and spiritually as one moves through the many transitions that life can bring.
We will meet at Roots and River Yoga at 17 West Potomac St. Brunswick, MD and have a short introductory discussion and then proceed to an outdoor location near the Potomac River where we will sit in meditation with the plants.
Bring: Colored pencils, a notebook to draw and write in, something to sit on outside (blanket or sit-upon), hat, jacket or umbrella in case of rain.
