This class is focused on strengthening the core, stretching the inner thighs, building strength to the the hip abductors and working through tightness/weakness in the upper back, chest and shoulders - all which can lead to instability or even pain. Whether you are a equestrian or are interested in working these specific areas of the body, all are welcome.
