Sometimes your deepest experience of yoga happens when you stop working to control your body/mind and instead rest with support, awareness and intention. In this two hour practice, you will be fully supported in a deeply relaxing circuit of restorative poses, using blankets, blocks, bolsters, and other props to support you. This purposeful kind of resting can eliminate fatigue, facilitate recovery from injuries, ease experiences of anxiety, and help you develop resistance to the impacts of stress on your physical and mental wellbeing. All props are skillfully arranged before you arrive so you feel welcomed and cared for during the practice, allowing you to leave feeling revitalized and refreshed. No prior yoga experience is necessary for this workshop.
