Remember You are Whole: Yoga Nidra and Acupressure with Shira Oz-Sinai

What we are is whole! However, sometimes we forget. Amidst the daily barrage of "I'm not good enough," "I can't get it right," or "There's not enough time," our own wholeness can feel veiled. It can make us feel isolated, separate or incomplete or leaves us thinking that we are somehow broken.

We must remember that these thoughts, feelings, and beliefs are merely a part of a greater ebbing and flowing in the ocean of our wholeness. In winter, as nature around us quiets down, we have a unique and amplified opportunity to listen to the truth of what we are and remember our own essence.

In our afternoon together, you will be guided by a heartfelt talk, self-applied acupressure (no needles!), and an iRest© Yoga Nidra meditation.

Soul Lightening© Acupressure's guiding principle is that every person carries their own healing and wisdom within. By applying gentle pressure to different points on the body following the Chinese medicine map of energy channels (meridians), we empower this inherent wisdom as we tend to the body, heart, and spirit.

Yoga Nidra or “yogic sleep” is ancient yogic practice of spending time in liminal state of consciousness between being awake and being asleep. iRest utilizes guided imagery for modern day living to aid in directing the yogi to the state of Yoga Nidra. Through these practices, we will re-direct the very beliefs that limit us to reveal and remember our unlimited wholeness.

Everyone welcome. No previous experience necessary.

Cost: $45
