Join seasoned yoga teacher and Mindful Outdoor Guide, Julie Kaus for a nature connection experience that begins at the yoga studio, moves down to the C&O Towpath along the Potomac River, ends with tea and a sharing circle back the studio and includes:

Breathing & Centering Exercises
Walking with Awareness
In our time together, we will be moving slowly & comfortably with the simple intention of letting nature be our guide to:
Be present through sensory awareness
Remember our connection with the living earth
Restore balance between modern daily living with the pace of nature
Use nature to ground, regulate & self soothe
All are welcome ages 13 and older (if young people attend between 13-16 years, they must be accompanied by an adult).
Julie is a Psychotherapist, Yoga Teacher, Nature Therapist and Wellness Educator. She is dedicated to helping students & clients access their innate wisdom & creative energies for growth & healing. Julie incorporates nature in her work whenever possible due to the numerous health benefits and to reconnect humans to the living earth.
