Our Massage + Wellness Team
Kasey Cecchini, LMT
Kasey is a compassionate and highly experienced integrative massage therapist with over 15 years of dedication to holistic wellness and healing. She believes deeply in the body’s innate capacity to heal and views massage therapy as a powerful modality to support and enhance that natural intelligence.
Drawing from a wide range of techniques—including neuromuscular, deep tissue, sports, and prenatal massage—Kasey creates thoughtful, personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs. Her integrative approach helps relieve pain, reduce stress, restore balance, and support overall well-being, offering both therapeutic relief and deep relaxation.
Hetta Welch, LMT
Hetta has worked in the wellness industry for the past 15 years, as both a yoga teacher and a massage therapist. She believes in the power of body centered practices and their ability to create lasting change in the body, mind and spirit. After studying massage at the Berkana Institute in Longmont, Colorado, Hetta has continued her studies in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Lomi Lomi Massage and Craniosacral Therapy. Her massage sessions are therapeutic and restorative in nature. Drawing on inspiration from Lomi Lomi Massage, Swedish massage, Craniosacral Therapy and her studies of various movement practices, Hetta’s intention is to offer her clients a unique experience that allows for re-set and release.
As a certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist, using the Vodder Technique, Hetta offers lymphatic sessions for post-surgical recovery, injury recovery and for supporting optimal health and wellness. Due the gentle and repetitive nature of a lymphatic massage, clients often experience a deep level of rest from the session as well as pain reduction due the soothing of the nerves. She also offers a Lymphatic Facial, using lymphatic massage on the face and neck as well as a scalp massage to support optimal drainage of excess fluid in the face, reducing puffiness and encouraging rest.

Sue Aveni, Reiki Master
Sue is a Reiki Master and founder of Radiant Light Healing offering restorative Reiki and Sound Bath sessions that support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and energetic balance. Her work blends gentle Reiki with the calming vibrations of sound bowls to quiet the mind, release tension, and support the body’s natural healing processes.
Each intuitively guided session begins with intention setting and sound healing, followed by hands-on or hands-off Reiki to encourage energetic clearing and balance. Sound bowls return at the close to support integration and grounding. Clients remain fully clothed and comfortably supported throughout the experience.
Introduced to Reiki in 2017 after a transformative yoga studio session, Sue brings a grounded, embodied presence shaped by her background as a professional horse farrier. She views healing as a gentle, non-linear process and offers compassionate support for relaxation, clarity, and reconnection.
Kathryn Bovino, BCBA, LBYT, ACT-MF, REIKI MASTER
Kathryn’s approach is rooted in both science and spirituality. Drawing from her expertise in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, self-compassion practices, and her experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, she offers a holistic path to healing and transformation. Through her ACTivation coaching program, she helps clients align with their values, build psychological flexibility, and live with greater authenticity and purpose.
Her Reiki and wellness sessions provide a gentle, nurturing space to slow down, release stress, and reconnect with inner balance. Blending accessible movement, meditation, mindfulness, and optional energy healing, Kathryn creates experiences that support the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
With warmth and insight, Kathryn empowers her clients to navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and compassion, uncover their inner strength, and embrace the joy and meaning available to them each day.
