Goodnight, Goodnight Moon. It is time to put this lovely class to bed for now.

After nearly three beautiful years of our Goodnight Moon: Gentle Yoga and Restoratives for Better Sleep, it is time to say "goodnight" for now. To celebrate this final class, we will have wine and chocolate to accompany a meaningful gentle practice. Come enjoy a calming, meditative yet light hearted practice and we will raise a glass to the sweet "moon-ers" who have shared this practice all these years. 

Evening yoga is a great bed time ritual, preparing your mind and body for rest.  In this practice, you will be guided through a gentle sequence designed specifically to discharge the physical, mental, and emotional holdings of the day, while providing you with mindfulness skills to help reduce stress to calm the nervous system. Goodnight Moon helps you wind-down for a deep and restful night's sleep. This class is appropriate for those who are brand new to the yoga practice as well as experienced yogis.
