Every Tuesday, 6:00-7:15 PM
Build strength from the inside out through a consistent sequence of standing postures, balance work, floor postures, spine strengthening, intentional core conditioning, and breathwork. Built around a thoughtfully refined sequence of classic yoga postures, this invigorating practice emphasizes stability, spinal integrity, balance, and mindful breathing while developing strength, endurance, focus, and resilience.
Inspired by the Ghosh tradition, often recognized as the classic 26+2 sequence, this practice honors the structure and discipline of that well-known system while thoughtfully adapting it into an accessible, athletic experience. Students will build confidence through repetition, refine alignment, deepen body awareness, and cultivate a steady, focused mind with every class.
This class is suited for experienced yogis and otherwise physically-active beginners who appreciate a mindful, structured approach to practice. Ideal for those seeking a non-flow experience, this class focuses on refining postures, building body awareness, and developing strength through mindful repetition and focused instruction.
