Healing often brings an unexpected kind of grief. As you grow, you may notice yourself letting go of old roles, relationships, beliefs, or ways of coping that once helped you survive. While this transformation can be beautiful, it can also feel uncertain.
This 90-minute guided meditation is a deeply reflective, primarily meditative experience designed to support you through that in-between space—not who you once were, but not yet fully who you're becoming.
Through grounding practices, breath awareness, nervous system support, visualization, and gentle reflection, you'll be invited to notice what you're carrying, reconnect with your body's wisdom, and cultivate greater capacity for change with compassion.
Because everyone's emotional experience is unique, participants are encouraged to move at their own pace. You're always welcome to pause, open your eyes, or simply observe if that feels most supportive.
This offering is best suited for those navigating life transitions, personal growth, changing identities, or the emotional experience of becoming someone new.
Feel free to bring along a journal and pen for reflection.
