In this fun filled workshop (expect to laugh at some odd postures!) you will learn what Face Yoga entails, working from the neck to the forehead with specific strengthening exercises, relaxation and facial massage. Binding the essence of yoga with the face to add another layer of depth to your practice, as well as the proactive effects of reducing lines and having glowing, healthy skin.
This workshop will include a light asana practice to enhance the many benefits of Face Yoga.

Yoga has been part of Hollie’s life since she was a teenager. 2020 pushed her to deepen her already well established asana practice and discover a more rounded yoga life, subsequently embarking on teacher training in 2022 and completing RYT 500 with a foundation of trauma informed yoga.
The subtleties of a yoga asana is what sings to her and what she love to share, with chakra alignment being a core aspect. These subtleties lend themselves to face yoga, which she have incorporated into her personal practice, as well as having gained specific training in this field.
She looks forward to guiding you, where she can hold space to share knowledge and for you to build your own resilience for all of life’s ebb and flow.
