This February Snow Moon arrives in a cloak of winter’s quiet beauty, named for the heavy snows that have long marked this time of year in many Native American traditions. Symbolically, the Snow Moon shines with themes of purity, renewal, and the gentle shift from winter’s deep introspection toward the first whispers of spring. Spiritually, it invites us into stillness—encouraging cleansing, the release of lingering heaviness, and the setting of heartfelt intentions for the unfolding year.
Our Full Moon Gatherings offer a welcoming space to connect in community, move gently, and settle into meditation while setting intentions for the next lunar cycle. Through accessible practices like Yin or Restorative Yoga, breathwork, Qi Gong, and other nourishing rituals, we honor the fullness of the moon, and of ourselves, as we open to the wisdom of what is yet to unfold.
No previous yoga experience required.
