This January Wolf Moon opens the year with a sense of primal clarity and awakening. As the first full moon of the year, it carries the ancient echo of wolves whose howls once filled the quiet winter nights—a reminder of instinct, connection, and communal strength. Symbolically, the Wolf Moon invites us to listen deeply to our own inner voice, to honor our intuition, and to gather the courage needed for the paths ahead. Spiritually, it encourages grounding, reflection, and the release of lingering fears so we may enter the new year aligned, resilient, and ready to rise.
Our Full Moon Gatherings offer a welcoming space to connect in community, move gently, and settle into meditation while setting intentions for the next lunar cycle. Through accessible practices like Yin or Restorative Yoga, breathwork, Qi Gong, and other nourishing rituals, we honor the fullness of the moon, and of ourselves, as we open to the wisdom of what is yet to unfold.
