This March Worm Moon marks the first full moon of early spring, named for the return of earthworms and beetle larvae as the soil begins to thaw. It symbolizes quiet renewal—small signs of life stirring beneath the surface and the gentle shift from stillness to growth. Spiritually, the Worm Moon invites grounding, intention-setting, and the release of winter’s heaviness. As we gather beneath its light, we welcome fresh beginnings and step into the season with openness and renewed energy.
Our Full Moon Gatherings offer a welcoming space to connect in community, move gently, and settle into meditation while setting intentions for the next lunar cycle. Through accessible practices like Yin or Restorative Yoga, breathwork, Qi Gong, and other nourishing rituals, we honor the fullness of the moon, and of ourselves, as we open to the wisdom of what is yet to unfold.
No previous yoga experience required.
