Full Moon Gathering: Mindful Practices and Community Connection with Carrie Dennison

  • Roots & River Yoga 30 West Potomac Street Brunswick, MD, 21716 United States (map)

The November Beaver Moon, the last full moon before winter deepens, is named for the time when beavers prepared their lodges. Spiritually, it symbolizes preparation, resourcefulness, and the wisdom of tending to what sustains us through the colder, quieter season. This moon invites us to slow down, release what no longer serves, and create a sense of safety and nourishment as we conserve energy for what truly matters.

Our Full Moon Gatherings offer a supportive space to connect in community, move gently, and settle into meditation while clarifying intentions for the next lunar cycle. Through accessible practices such as Yin or Restorative Yoga, breathwork, Qi Gong, and other rituals, we honor the full moon as a time of release, clarity, and renewal - celebrating our own fullness while opening to the wisdom of what is yet to unfold.

No previous yoga experience required.

Cost: $25
