Mamata has been a grounding and inspiring presence in our Pilates community. Through her thoughtful guidance and steady teaching, she has helped so many students build strength, awareness, and confidence on the mat. Her Wednesday morning classes have been a cherished part of our schedule, and she will be deeply missed.

Mat Pilates is a mind-body floor-exercise system that uses mindful movement, breath awareness, and focused muscle engagement. The practice builds strength, improves posture, and enhances flexibility and balance. Rooted in alignment and core stability, each session includes simple, repetitive exercises designed to tone and support the body from the inside out. Accessible and adaptable, this class provides a steady foundation for strength, ease, and well-being.
