The philosophy of yoga unfolds in the stories of the gods and goddesses as five acts of Grace: creation, protection, destruction, concealment, and revelation.
In this workshop, Tara will guide you into fully supported Restorative Yoga poses. While you rest your body deeply for 10-20 minutes in each pose, she will tell stories from the yoga tradition. As you unwind your body’s tension, the stories invite your mind to consider how you are a co-participant in acts of Grace in your life.
You’ll leave with a satisfying renewal of your body and unique insights into your psyche.
No experience needed - everyone is welcome.
