Start your day with an an earlier practice! Slow Flow incorporates the Vinyasa Yoga principles of linking pose to pose in a thoughtful way and then applies them at a slower pace. Poses are held longer, and transitions are more deliberate, encouraging a more meditative and mindful experience. This class is great for beginners who are already physically active and for experienced yogis who enjoy a slower paced practice.
