Step into serenity as the setting sun sinks toward the horizon and daylight gently gives way to dusk. You’ll be guided through forest bathing sensory invitations during this 2-mile out-and-back hike to Weverton Cliffs Overlook, inviting you to slow down, engage your senses, and attune to the forest as evening approaches.
At the overlook, we’ll linger to enjoy wild foraged tea, and a simple picnic dinner while taking in expansive views of the Potomac River. Participants are invited to bring their own dinner or order ahead from local Brunswick restaurants to enjoy at the cliffs. As the sky darkens, we’ll settle into the healing vibrations of a sound bath atop the cliffs, supporting relaxation and release.
After hiking back down, we’ll gather beneath the evening sky for final reflections, honoring the waning moon’s energy of integration and letting go.
Participants should bring/wear:
🏔️ Hiking poles (recommended; we’ll have some available to lend)
🎒 Small backpack
🔦 Headlamp or small flashlight (preferably with a red-light option)
🧥 Several comfortable layers (dress for changing weather)

💧 Water bottle and/or insulated mug
🧺Picnic dinner (bring your own or pre-order & pick-up from Whistle Punk Farm Deli , Smoketown Brewing Station Smoketown Brewing , Boxcar Burgers , or Potomac Street Grill.)
