Choosing Your Accommodations

Retreat packages are available for single, double, triple/quad occupancy, depending on room availability.

If you choose double, triple, or quad occupancy, you are responsible for arranging your own roommate(s). You may travel with friends, family, or others you already know and would like to share accommodations with.

If you are traveling on your own and would like to share a room to reduce the cost, you can let us know when you register. We will notify you if another traveler is interested in shared accommodations andconnect people who are looking for a roommate. However, please note: roommate matching cannot be guaranteed. If a roommate is not found, you must be prepared to pay the single-occupancy rate.

◇ Once you register, Machelle will send you a link to make your deposit and secure your place on the retreat.

Payment Plan and Cancellation/Refund Policy

Please read the Payment Plan and Cancellation/Refund Policy below carefully before completing your registration and selecting your accommodation preferences..

A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your place on the retreat. The remaining balance will be divided into two payments: First Payment 50% of the remaining balance will be invoiced at registration and is due within two weeks. If you cancel on or before [DATE], 50% of this payment, less the non-refundable deposit, will be refunded. Final Payment The remaining 50% of the balance is due by [DATE]. If you cancel on or before [DATE], 50% of this payment, less the non-refundable deposit, will be refunded. Because we are required to make full payment to the retreat center and hotels approximately two months prior to arrival, no refunds will be available for cancellations after [FINAL CANCELLATION DATE]. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds will be processed according to the dates and terms outlined above.
