Kundalini Yoga is multi-faceted practice that combines meditation, sequences of postural movements (kriyas) combined with breath (pranayama) and positive affirming phrases (mantras). Together, these practices build physical vitality and clear blocks from our energy body, allowing us to cultivate self-knowing and refined states of awareness. This class ends with a restful gong-bath savasana!
