Contemplative Photography - 5 Week ONLINE Course with John Canan

This 5 week online course will meet Saturdays, June 6th - July 11h (except on July 4th) from 10:00-11:30am via Zoom.

Pause and deepen attention in mindfulness while capturing a conscious moment that tells a story and creates a memory. In this workshop, John will lead you through developing and deepening mindful meditation and breath practices while mentoring you in photographic techniques. You will be building a portfolio of work to express the special moments that you have experienced. Within the Zoom class room, presentations will be given as well as time for participants to share their work and receive feedback from their peers. During this course there were will presentations in the LIVE classroom as well as doing assignments at home; either outside in nature or within your home.

John Canan is a naturalist, educator, writer, and Conservation Photographer whose work focuses on the rewilding of the human imagination and our sense of place.
