In this trauma-informed workshop, we'll explore how early life experiences shape our ability to establish and maintain healthy boundaries.
You'll learn the difference between internal and external boundaries, as well as how to identify and develop healthy mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and sexual boundaries. Together, we'll examine the patterns that can make boundaries difficult and discuss practical ways to communicate them with kindness, clarity, and respect—for both yourself and others.
The workshop includes a guided meditation to help participants turn inward, connect with their own needs and inner wisdom, and cultivate boundaries from a place of self-awareness. Please bring a journal for note-taking, reflection, and guided journaling prompts designed to support your ongoing boundary development.
