This December Cold Moon is a supermoon as it appears brighter and closer to Earth, marks the long nights and stillness of winter’s peak. Symbolically, the long nights of winter and reminds us to find inner light, resilience, and clarity in times of stillness. Spiritually, it invites reflection, rest, and the release of what we no longer need so we can step into the new year with strength and renewed wisdom.
Our Full Moon Gatherings offer a welcoming space to connect in community, move gently, and settle into meditation while setting intentions for the next lunar cycle. Through accessible practices like Yin or Restorative Yoga, breathwork, Qi Gong, and other nourishing rituals, we honor the fullness of the moon, and of ourselves, as we open to the wisdom of what is yet to unfold.
