This four-week meditation series is a gentle invitation to give back to yourself - intentionally, compassionately, and powerfully. In a world that often pulls you in many directions, these guided practices offer sacred space to come home to your inner strength, worth, and wisdom. Each week, you’ll step into a practice of self-nourishment and reflection - letting go of what weighs you down and creating space for what uplifts and empowers you.
Oct. 19th - Week 1: Feeling Calm
Set aside the endless to-do list and soften into a space of peace and ease. This guided meditation offers simple breath awareness and gentle body connection to help you release tension and return to the present moment.
Oct. 26th - Week 2: Rooted in Self-Worth
Reconnect with your inherent value and quiet the noise of self-doubt and comparison. This meditation invites you to see yourself with clarity, kindness, and deep compassion.
Nov. 9th - Week 3: Letting Go and Holding Firm Boundaries
This practice supports you in gently releasing what no longer serves—old stories, patterns, or emotional weight—while helping you honor and strengthen your personal boundaries. Let go, stand tall, and feel your truth.
Nov. 16th -Week 4: Embracing Your Body with Compassion
Come into a space of deep appreciation and acceptance for your body, just as it is. This meditation centers on gratitude, wellness, and gentle respect for all your body carries and offers you every day.
Can’t attend in-studio because of your schedule or distance?
We’d still love for you to join us in spirit. While this workshop will be offered live in-studio only (to keep the experience present and connected), each session will be recorded with high quality audio and image. Online participants will receive the recordings within 24 hours of each session and have 7 days to enjoy the practices at home on your own time.
Cost: $92 for all 4 class in the series or $30/per individual class
Danielle Kean-Grassi is an Empowerment Coach that specializes in letting go of what is no longer serving you in order to create space for more peace. Danielle is the author of 'Grief Is Only Suppressed Gratitude', written from the perspective of her mom's passing. Danielle has also written a children’s book, 'Hugging Olivia', teaching others how to deeply love themselves through people-pleasing tendencies. She currently lives in Olney, Maryland with her husband, Matt, and son, Brooks.
