End your day with this soothing evening class designed to calm the body and quiet the mind. It begins with gentle yoga to release tension and improve mobility, followed by a deeply restful Yoga Nidra (guided meditation). Students are invited to relax fully into stillness while accessing deep states of rest and renewal. Optional Reiki is offered during the final relaxation (savasana) for those who wish to receive additional energetic support. This class is perfect for all levels and especially supportive for stress relief, improved sleep, and overall well-being.
