Immerse yourself in deep rest and renewal through the power of sound. In this workshop, you’ll be guided into relaxation as the tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other resonant instruments create a soothing, immersive soundscape.
Sound baths are more than just beautiful to listen to - they heal and recalibrate body and mind through subtle energy.

No prior experience is needed. Simply come as you are, lie back comfortably, and allow the waves of sound to wash through you. Many participants leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and deeply refreshed, as if they’ve had hours of rest in just one session.
Consider bringing your own pillow, blanket, extra mat/padding or anything else to make your experience cozy. We will provide a yoga mat, bolster and extra blankets, to assist to set you up comfortably.
