The long, hot days of summer are not a time for over-exertion or strain. The good news is that we can still build strength, power, and vitality through slow, intelligent movement of the entire body.

Inspired by the principles of Essentrics®—a dynamic movement practice that combines strengthening, stretching, and mobility work to create balanced, pain-free movement—Anne brings together her training in Essentrics and her extensive experience as a personal trainer to create a uniquely effective full-body workout.

Anne calls it Super 650 and the practice is designed to awaken and engage all 650 muscles of the body through fluid, flowing sequences that strengthen, lengthen, and energize without excessive impact or stress on the joints. This low-impact yet surprisingly cardio practice improves strength, mobility, flexibility, balance, posture, and overall energy while helping the body move with greater ease and efficiency.

Practiced primarily standing - this 6-week series offers a refreshing and sustainable approach to whole-body wellness. Expect gentle challenge, intelligent movement, and the feeling of being stronger, more mobile, and more connected from head to toe.

Cost: $90 for 6 week series

Anne Weshinskey is a ACSM® Certified Personal Trainer, Level 4 Essentrics® Instructor, and Certified Ayurvedic Lifestyle Counselor with the American Institute of Ayurvedic Studies. After a 30-year career as a professional acrobat, tight wire walker, and foot juggler, Anne shifted her focus from performance to helping others move with greater strength, balance, and ease.

Pre-registration before June 17th is required. We do not allow mid-series registrations.
