The long, hot days of summer are not a time for exertion or strain. The good news is that we can still develop strength and power through slow, gentle movement of the entire body.
Super 650 is a full-body movement class designed to awaken and engage all 650 muscles of the body to improve strength, mobility, flexibility, balance, and energy - without overheating the system. Blending flowing strengthening sequences with dynamic stretching and joint mobility work, this low-impact practice supports better posture, pain-free movement, and greater ease in everyday life. Appropriate for all fitness levels, this 6-week series offers a refreshing and sustainable approach to whole-body wellness.
Cost: $90 for 6 week series
Anne Weshinskey is a ACSM® Certified Personal Trainer, Level 4 Essentrics® Instructor, and Certified Ayurvedic Lifestyle Counselor with the American Institute of Ayurvedic Studies. After a 30-year career as a professional acrobat, tight wire walker, and foot juggler, Anne shifted her focus from performance to helping others move with greater strength, balance, and ease.
Pre-registration before June 17th is required. We do not allow mid-series registrations.
