FREE Yoga Sculpt Class with Aimee Rider (bring 3 and/or 5 lb weights)

Yoga Sculpt is a dynamic total body workout that uses Sun Salutation A and B as its base and supplements the practice with strength training through the use of 3 and 5 pound weights. Boost your metabolism, build lean muscle mass and strengthen bone density by adding weight resistance. Students can expect squats, planks, and cardio along with light weight lifting.

Yoga Sculpt is a great mix of mind and body that people who are active beginners to yoga and those with more experienced fitness levels can benefit from. The studio will have 3 and 5 pound weights at the studio for up to 10 people but registration is open for 15 so please consider bringing your own set if you have them.

This is a special free trial of the Yoga Sculpt class and space is limited to 15 so pre-registration is required.  Please follow the link to the online calendar and select this class on August 18th at noon. 

Yoga Sculpt meets weekly at Roots & River as a regular class every Tuesday from 6-7pm.
